Items to bring: Please bring 2018 ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS books to class, if you have them; Laptop|Tablet (WIFI will be available); Paper and Pen for note taking.

Breakfast: Light Breakfast, regular and decaf coffee and water will be provided.

Lunch: Lunch will be provided.
Please specify in the comment section of the registration if you have special needs for lunch, such as allergies.

Sodas: Sodas will not be provided, however there is a soda machine on premises if desire to purchase for an additional cost or you may bring your own soda.

Dress: Casual. You may want to bring a sweater; the meeting room is cool at times.

KAHIMA Annual Dues Reminder:

If you have not yet paid KAHIMA dues for 2017, payment can be made online. Reminder that the KAHIMA dues calendar runs January 1- December 31. All attendees are encouraged to join as a KAHIMA member! Some of the membership benefits include, discounted rates to annual Coding Symposium and annual CPT Workshop, notification of all KAHIMA Business Meetings and Coding Round Tables! This is a great opportunity to earn additional CEUs and network with your peers, locally!

Cancellation

Cancellation: Registration fees will be refunded (less $25 processing fee) upon written notice received 72 hours prior to the meeting. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will not be refunded. Substitution for registrants is permitted.

No-Show: Registrants who register and are no-show will forfeit registration fee. If no-show registrant was not pre-paid, registrant will be billed via USPS.
