Tennessee offers a variety of Health Information Management (HIM) programs at different degree levels, including associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, and postgraduate degrees. Graduates of these programs are eligible to take certification exams, such as the Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) and the Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA).
