The THIMA Foundation is once again hosting Natalie’s Run. Due to COVID-19, the 5th Annual Natalie’s Run will be a virtual-only event allowing you to participate with others on November 13th or whenever is convenient for you! We will not have an in-person option this year. The registration fee is $40 and includes a t-shirt. The first 100 registrations will also receive a medal.
All proceeds go to a scholarship in memory of Natalie Stovall Frady and Carry the Load. Carry the Load is a non-profit organization that provides an active way to connect Americans to the sacrifices made daily by our military, veterans, first responders, and their families. Natalie supported Carry the Load each year as the relay traveled through Memphis each May.
Natalie Stovall Frady was a leader in HIM not only in the Memphis-Shelby County area, but statewide. She most recently served as the chair for the THIMA HIE Task Force. In addition to her professional work, she was the founder and director for The Stovall Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, created for the purpose of aiding military families. She was a devoted wife and mother to two sons. On May 26, 2016, Natalie Stovall Frady lost her life in a car accident. Natalie’s coworkers, friends, and family continue to grieve her loss. We, her THIMA Family, want to keep her memory alive and aid future HIM professionals in the career that brought her to us. This run/walk fundraising event will fund a scholarship in her memory.
This is a great event that you can encourage your friends and/or family to walk/run with you. You don’t have to submit your time back to us.
We hope to come back together in person in Memphis in 2022!
