When the RACs Get Back in Town
Building a Foundation for an Effective
Course of Action

March 19th - Nashville
March 26th - Memphis
April 2nd - Knoxville

Seminar Highlights

The Tax Relief and Health Care Act of 2006 requires CMS to establish a permanent and national RAC program.   It is anticipated that this program will be implemented in TN in the fall of 2009!   RACs have been implemented previously in other States; our faculty is uniquely qualified to share important information about this program.   Learn from those who experienced it firsthand.

This seminar is designed to provide an overview of the RACs program during the morning sessions and more detailed ‘nuts and bolts’ discussions in the afternoon.
